Can I send and receive with Ask?
Yes. Ask works in both directions — request a payment from a customer or send one out. Money moves on the same branded rails, settling through your gateway either way.
Is there a transaction fee on the monthly plans?
No. Monthly plans are a flat rate — you keep your existing gateway and its pricing. Prefer per-transaction? Pay As You Go is $0.75 each with a $10 minimum.
What does the 50% promo cover?
The first 1,000 sign-ups get up to 50% off their monthly plan. The discount applies at checkout while the promotion lasts.
Do I need an app or a terminal?
Neither. Customers pay from their own phone by scanning a QR code or tapping a link — no downloads, no hardware to buy.
Can AI assistants create payments?
Yes. With the AI add-on and our MCP server, Claude and ChatGPT can generate payment links and check status directly in a conversation.
